I'm a Gemini Sun ☼ & Moon ☾ with a Sagittarius rising ↑, which is why I've always been drawn to philosophy, and exploring all the ways I can learn and expand myself! My love for spirituality, intuitive practices and exploring all the mystical aspects of our world is influenced by the large amount of water placements I have in my natal chart (which also totally explains my fascination with tarot and astrology... and that fact that I'm way more of a hermit than your average Gemini lol).

Gemini + Sagittarius energy usually expresses itself in a 'fiery socialite' way, but mine expresses itself in a 'deeply fascinated, introspective bookworm' kind of way because of all the Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces aspects within my cosmic blueprint.

I'm super passionate about reading (mostly self-development, spirituality, the law of attraction, and sometimes the occasionally fantasy book). I also love what I do so much that I spend a lot of time being creative in my business and discovering new ways to up-level and bring more value to others. One of my most loved and practiced philosophies is Kaizen (which means continuous improvement in Japanese). My Sagittarius rising also makes me keen on traveling (my favorite trip so far has been to Egypt, where I explored lots of the ancient mysteries, but I also love a good tropical vacation too where I can relax, walk on the beach and be a mermaid in the ocean).

I'm generally a very positive person but I have to say I'm definitely not a huge fan of peanut butter (I know some people will think I'm crazy), but if you sneak it into my smoothies, or put it in my dessert, I might not be the happiest camper...

However, one way to get a smile back on my face no matter what, is a hot cup of tea and a good book :)

Besides the obvious obsessions like tarot, astrology, crystals, manifestation and exploring the connection between science & spirituality... I'm also in love with doing self care rituals (for example: doing a face mask, while playing 432hz healing music, diffusing relaxing essential oils and meditating) which I always feel so balanced and rejuvenated from.

I also have an obsession with candles (like, seriously, I could never have enough). If I only received candles as birthday gifts for the rest of my life, I'd be fully okay with that.

We all have so much more magic within us than we realize. Each of us holds the innate gift and power to create the life of our dreams & transform our painful experiences into wisdom and strength. Any negative circumstance that comes our way is always serving us in some way. Negative experiences can provide us with divine redirection, or even help shape our purpose if we are courageous enough to embrace the challenge, transcend victimhood & become the alchemist.

1. The name 'The Gem Goddess' was inspired by my love for Goddess energy and the fact that we all have so much more power within us than we realize. I wanted this name to be something that inspires everyone to awaken and claim their highest potential, and to me, The Gem Goddess represents my highest self. Gem comes from my fascination with crystals, and the fact that I'm a Gemini sun ☼ and moon ☾, but my real name is Leanna.

2. I have a huge love for music and was a self-taught producer in my teenage years, but eventually I leveled things up and got my degree in Audio Engineering when I was 19.

Surprisingly, this actually deepened my understanding of spirituality and the metaphysical realm since I learned a great deal about frequencies, vibration, resonance and sound. This also kickstarted a fascination with sound healing for me, and provided me with so much more wisdom for understanding manifestation and the law of attraction (which is very much rooted in vibration and frequency).

3. I got introduced to spirituality at a very young age thanks to my mom, who also has a deep love for everything metaphysical. We took countless classes on tarot, astrology, numerology, reiki, mediumship, shadow work, jungian psychology and manifestation together while I was growing up, and this of course had a great influence on my path in life.

4. I love yoga, and I got my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate in 2023. I'm also a certified sound healer, and reiki practitioner!

5. I was born and raised in Canada, but have now lived in California for almost 8 years! As a Canadian, I have a deep love for Tim Hortons and the mountains, and I love going back to visit my family and take trips through the Rockies.
